Esther Pérez is a qualified lawyer who has more than 10 years of experience commercial law, private equity and M&A in Spain focusing her activity in the negotiation and execution of corporate investment transactions since/to Spain. She has extensive experience in the management, restructuring and negotiation of contracts at national and international level. Her legal expertise in the area of M&A enabled her to carry out numerous M&A transactions responsibly and successfully on the seller and buyer side over the last years as TTR points out . She is an expert in fashion law too. Currently, she serves as secretary of the Board of Directors in two Spanish companies.
