Emanuele Bianchi

Emanuele Bianchi born in Milan, 6 May 1975 Qualified attorney at law with wide experience of: – trust, wealth planning, business succession planning and inheritance; – litigation, commercial and bankruptcy law; – corporate compliance (D.Lgs. 231/01). I’am involved in the consultancy of trust and wealth planning. I’ve been working for years as trust officer for an important multinational private bank managing trust funds (financial assets, real estate and equity investments). I’m currently working with several trust companies, as a consultant, involved in managing of family trusts. As a professional lawyer, I’m involved in commercial and employment litigation, in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and in assisting the companies engaged in the industrial production. I followed all the process of analysis and development of compliance program ex D.Lgs. 231/01 of my most important clients.
