Andreas Ludl has more than 20 years of experience in M&A in various industries, specializing in ICT, HR and fashion. As a business lawyer with interdisciplinary skills in the areas of finance, human resources and IT technology, he led and managed numerous national and cross-border transactions in a responsible position (CEO, Post Merger Integration Officer). In his role as responsible and senior corporate investment manager (C-Level) in listed and privately owned companies, he managed several portfolios of companies in various industries with assets of up to EUR 200 million. His legal expertise in the area of M&A combined with a holistic view enabled him to carry out numerous M&A transactions responsibly and successfully on the seller and buyer side over the past 20 years.
